Once the status reads "awaiting customs clearance" or "customs clearance in progress", a day or two is the normal wait, and "customs clearance completed" follows. SHEIN's own status wording tells you it handles the process ("SHEIN will be in charge of the entire process"), so there is nothing for you to file.
