"How long does SHEIN take to ship to Singapore" is answered on SHEIN Singapore's own pages, and this page collects the answer: each shipping method with its time and price, processing time, how GST is charged, which carriers SHEIN names, what SHEIN offers if an order is late, and when to contact SHEIN. Every fact is quoted from sg.shein.com, read on 2026-11-02. One caution first: SHEIN Singapore's shipping page showed Malaysia's table by default when we read it, so the Singapore figures below are the ones the same page returns when Singapore is selected. How SHEIN delivers in general is in how long does SHEIN take to deliver; other markets are in SHEIN to Malaysia, SHEIN to South Africa, SHEIN to the UK and SHEIN to the USA.
Short answer: For Singapore, SHEIN lists Standard Shipping at "3-7 Business Days", "S$1.00-spend below S$40.00" and "Free - orders over S$40.00", and Express Shipping at "2-5 Business Days", "S$6.90-spend below S$145.00" and free over S$145.00. Before that, orders shipped from SHEIN's global warehouses take "1-3 days for processing", and SHEIN counts shipping time "from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order". GST is charged at checkout: "Customers will be charged a GST of 9% when placing an order with SHEIN". SHEIN names SF International, Ninja Van and J&T as its Singapore carriers. If an order misses its date, SHEIN's On-Time Delivery offers "300 SHEIN points".
What SHEIN Singapore publishes
| Method | Time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Shipping | "3-7 Business Days" | "S$1.00-spend below S$40.00"; "Free - orders over S$40.00" |
| Express Shipping | "2-5 Business Days" | "S$6.90-spend below S$145.00"; "Free - orders over S$145.00" |
| Processing | "Ship from Global(1-3 days for processing)" |
On the day we read it, an order placed that day was estimated to arrive 5 to 11 November by Standard and 4 to 7 November by Express; your dates will differ. SHEIN's own pages disagree on the overall time: a SHEIN Singapore FAQ says an order "usually takes 6-10 days to deliver", which is closer to processing plus Standard shipping added together. The shipping page's per-method figures are the ones in the table.
GST and duties
SHEIN Singapore's FAQ: "GST will increase from 8% to 9% from 1 January 2024. As such, Customers will be charged a GST of 9% when placing an order with SHEIN (from 1 January 2024 onwards)." Its terms say prices are "exclusive of shipping or delivery charges, and local sales and use tax and other taxes or fees (where applicable), which will be charged to you separately". An older FAQ still says "our prices do not include taxes or duties, we can not be 100% sure whether you will be charged by customs"; it predates the GST line, and the checkout total is the one that applies.
Carriers SHEIN names, and the on-time points
SHEIN Singapore's FAQ names SF International, NJV (Ninja Van) and J&T as its delivery partners. Its On-Time Delivery terms say the service is "only available for (i) orders with a valid delivery address in Singapore; (ii) standard and express shipping options, including orders eligible for free shipping", that the shipping page's offer is "300 SHEIN points if your order doesn't arrive by the expected date", credited "within fourteen (14) days from the Guaranteed Delivery Date", at "Every 100 SHEIN points = USD 1.00", and that "Any attempted delivery on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date satisfies our Delivery Guarantee."
What the tracking shows, and when to contact SHEIN
The stages are the same as everywhere: processing, the international leg, then the Singapore carrier. What each status means is in SHEIN tracking statuses. Wait until the estimated window has passed, then contact SHEIN through the order.
For merchants
SHEIN Singapore shows what happens when a market page defaults to another market: the first table a Singapore shopper sees is Malaysia's, in Singapore dollars. A brand's promise has to come from the shopper's own address, computed at checkout. Pango controls the shipping methods, prices and ETAs shown at checkout and normalises carrier statuses on a branded tracking page with proactive notifications, with a delay as a trigger.
The bottom line
SHEIN ships to Singapore in 3 to 7 business days by Standard or 2 to 5 by Express, after 1 to 3 days of processing, with 9% GST at checkout and free Standard over S$40. Check that Singapore is selected before reading the price, and contact SHEIN only after the estimated window has passed.
