We did not start with a product. We started with a conviction: logistics is not a back-office cost center, it is a growth lever that shapes conversion, retention, and margin. We spoke with 100+ e-commerce merchants to pressure test that belief, and the same pattern kept showing up across brands: fragmented tools, manual work, and slow decision-making.
Before writing code, we secured customers willing to pay for a unified platform, because the pain was already budgeted and urgent. Many global brands reached out to join us the mission.
The direction has stayed consistent since day one. We are building one operating layer for shipping, tracking, returns, and logistics workflows. So teams can improve outcomes weekly instead of rebuilding systems quarterly.
