"How long does SHEIN take to ship to the Philippines" is answered on SHEIN Philippines' own pages, and this page collects the answer: the one shipping method with its time and price, the free threshold, processing time, what SHEIN says about customs and duties, whether it names a carrier, what it offers if an order is late, and when to contact SHEIN. Every fact is quoted from ph.shein.com, read on 2026-11-04. SHEIN's shipping page for the Philippines was last updated by SHEIN on 13 April 2026. How SHEIN delivers in general is in how long does SHEIN take to deliver. Other markets are in SHEIN to the UK, SHEIN to the USA, SHEIN to Canada, SHEIN to Ireland, SHEIN to Australia, SHEIN to Singapore, SHEIN to Malaysia and SHEIN to South Africa.
Short answer: SHEIN Philippines lists one method, Standard Shipping, at "4-7 Business Days", priced "₱245-spend below ₱249" and "Free - orders over ₱249". Orders from SHEIN's global warehouses take "1-3 days for processing" first, and the same page warns that "there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders". A SHEIN FAQ on the Philippine site gives a different figure, "it usually takes 6-10 days to deliver to you", so both are shown here. On customs, SHEIN's Philippine terms say "As the importer, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your own territory", and its FAQs disagree with each other on fees. SHEIN's Philippine pages name no Philippine carrier. If an order misses its date, SHEIN's On-Time Delivery Service offers "100 SHEIN points/60 PHP promotional wallet credits". If the order has not arrived, contact SHEIN "within 45 days of the payment date".
What SHEIN Philippines publishes
| Method | Time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Shipping | "4-7 Business Days" | "₱245-spend below ₱249"; "Free - orders over ₱249" |
| Processing | "Ship from Global(1-3 days for processing)" |
On the day we read it, an order placed that day was estimated to arrive 10 to 13 November. Your dates will differ. SHEIN adds: "In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors." Pre-order and customised items take longer. The free threshold has a condition: "Canceling items might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee." SHEIN Philippines lists no Express method on its shipping page.
Where SHEIN's Philippine pages disagree
Three points, all on ph.shein.com. First, the time. The shipping page says "4-7 Business Days". The FAQ "How long will the order take to arrive?" says: "Normally it will take 1-3 days to prepare the items. After the order is shipped out, it usually takes 6-10 days to deliver to you." The same FAQ gives SHEIN's formula, "Delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time", and the estimated date on your order is the one that applies. Second, processing. The shipping page says "1-3 days for processing" in its heading and, lower down, "We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders." Third, fees, which are in the next section. SHEIN's terms also allow for busy periods: "sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer."
Customs and duties, as SHEIN states it
SHEIN's Philippine terms put the import on the customer: "As the importer, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your own territory." and "In accordance with customs regulations, you must provide valid and accurate data." The terms name the Philippines in the clause on when title passes, which is "once the items are at a place which is immediately outside of the country from where products are exported and before point of importation". SHEIN's FAQs on the Philippine site are not consistent on fees. One says: "You will never have to pay any additional fees for the order amount at delivery." Another says: "Normally, our customers would not be charged tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes." and "As per our policy, customers need to afford the tariffs". A third says: "As our prices do not include taxes or duties, we can not be 100% sure whether you will be charged by customs for taxes or duties or not." SHEIN's Philippine pages state no duty or tax threshold for the Philippines, so this page states none. The On-Time Delivery terms exclude delays from "Customs Clearance: Changes in customs clearance laws or policies".
Carriers, and the on-time points
SHEIN's Philippine pages name no Philippine carrier. The courier FAQs that appear on ph.shein.com list contact details for carriers in Australia and in Malaysia, not the Philippines, so this page names none. SHEIN's own instruction is to use the order: "Click "Track" next to the order to view the delivery method and carrier details." On lateness, the shipping page says: "The free On-Time Delivery Service entitles you to receive 100 SHEIN points/60 PHP promotional wallet credits if your order doesn't arrive by the expected date." The service's terms for the Philippines, updated 13 April 2026, add the conditions: "You must check the "On-Time Delivery" box at checkout", the points are "issued to your SHEIN User Account within 2 business days after the missed estimated delivery date (for Cash on Delivery orders, they will be issued after delivery) and will expire 30 days after the date of issuance", and "The estimated delivery date is the latest date range included in your order confirmation email."
When to contact SHEIN
If an order has not arrived within the estimated time, SHEIN asks you to contact customer service "within 45 days of the payment date". If it shows delivered but did not arrive, or items are missing, "within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page". Click "Confirm Delivery" within 6 months of shipment to keep the points. On quiet tracking, SHEIN's FAQ says: "Tracking updates can take 3–5 days, as scans only occur when the package reaches the next checkpoint." On missed deliveries: "There will usually be 2-3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you miss the first attempt, your order will be redelivered usually within 1-3 days." What each tracking status means is in SHEIN tracking statuses.
For merchants
SHEIN's Philippine pages show how a promise drifts across a site: 4 to 7 business days on the shipping page, 6 to 10 days in an FAQ, and three FAQ answers on fees that do not agree. A brand's promise has to come from one place and be repeated in the same words at checkout, in the confirmation and on the tracking page. Pango is an AI-native operating system for e-commerce logistics. It controls the shipping methods, prices and ETAs shown at checkout and normalises carrier statuses on a branded tracking page with proactive notifications.
If you run a store and this lane is generating tickets, Pango runs a free shipping and returns audit on your own orders as part of a demo, and the software categories to compare are returns management software and carrier management software. Book the free audit.
The bottom line
SHEIN ships to the Philippines by Standard Shipping in 4 to 7 business days after 1 to 3 days of processing, for ₱245 or free over ₱249, with an FAQ that says 6 to 10 days and a notice of a 2 to 4 day processing delay. SHEIN makes you the importer and names no carrier. Tick On-Time Delivery at checkout, and contact SHEIN within 45 days of payment if the order is late.
