Orders from SHEIN's global warehouses take "2-4 days for processing" first. On duties and GST, SHEIN Australia's terms say: "if a purchase on a single day in such jurisdiction exceeds AU$1,000, duties and GST may be imposed." SHEIN names IMILE, AU Post, Aramex and HOMEXPRESS among its common carriers. If an order misses its date, SHEIN's On-Time Delivery Guarantee offers "500 SHEIN points". On the day we read it, an order placed that day was estimated to arrive 10 to 16 November by Standard and 6 to 12 November by Express; your dates will differ. SHEIN's own pages disagree on two points, so both are shown. A SHEIN Australia FAQ says "Shipping fee: AU$7.95 If your orders over AU$89.00, then you can enjoy free shipping", against free Standard over AU$49.00 on the shipping page; the checkout shows the one that applies. And SHEIN's terms say delivery is expected "within 30 days", a much wider limit than the per-method times above. "We do not deliver to PO Box address and parcel locker."
Duties and GST
SHEIN Australia's terms: "For customers in Australia, if a purchase on a single day in such jurisdiction exceeds AU$1,000, duties and GST may be imposed." and "As the importer, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your own country, and any levies, taxes and fees relating to the importation of goods". The shipping page adds that a package "over 1000AUD (might be updated by the customs authorities from time to time) may incur tariff". SHEIN's Australian pages do not state how GST is charged on orders under AU$1,000, so this page does not say. SHEIN's FAQs are not consistent on fees: one says you "will never have to pay any additional fees for the order amount at delivery", another that "customers need to afford the tariffs".
Carriers SHEIN names, and the on-time points
SHEIN Australia's FAQ lists "some of our common carriers": IMILE, AU Post, Aramex and HOMEXPRESS; you cannot choose the carrier, and SHEIN does not say which carrier handles which method. The shipping page: "The free On-Time Delivery Guarantee service entitles you to receive 500 SHEIN points if your order doesn't arrive by the expected date." The service's own terms page for Australia loaded empty when we read it, so its conditions are not quoted here.
When to contact SHEIN
If an order has not arrived within the estimated time, SHEIN asks you to contact customer service "within 45 days of the payment date"; if it shows delivered but did not arrive, or items are missing, "within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page".
