Short answer: SHEIN US does not print a fixed number of days; it shows a dated "Arrives between" window for each method, with its own on-time statistic: for Standard Shipping "77.1% are ≤ 7 business days", for Express Shipping "79.23% are ≤ 6 business days". On 2026-11-02 the windows read 9 to 16 November for Standard and 6 to 13 November for Express. Standard is "$3.99-spend below $29.00" and "Free - orders over $29.00" (over $15.00 on Sundays and Thursdays, and on a first order); Express is "$12.90-spend below $139.00" and "$7.90-orders over $139.00". On tariffs, SHEIN US says: "The amount you pay at checkout is final", and "you will not need to pay any additional fees later." If an order misses its date and you ticked On-Time Delivery, SHEIN gives "500 SHEIN points".

SHEIN adds two free-shipping rules: "On Sundays and Thursdays, free standard shipping is available on orders over $15.00. On all other days, free standard shipping is available on orders over $29.00." and "Free standard shipping is available on your very first order over $15.00." SHEIN US publishes no processing time, no order cut-off and no next-day option. Your window will differ from the one we saw; the dated window at checkout applies. SHEIN names no US carrier on these pages.
Tariffs, duties and de minimis
SHEIN US's page on tariffs, updated 13 May 2025, says: "Your checkout total covers everything." and "The amount you pay at checkout is final", so "you will not need to pay any additional fees later." and "You'll never be asked to pay any tariffs or additional fees before or after your package is delivered." Its FAQ says you "will never have to pay any additional fees for the order amount at delivery." None of the US pages we read mentions the de minimis rule, so this page does not state one. SHEIN's US terms set an order limit: "Customers in the United States cannot currently place order(s) that exceed $800 on a single day."
The on-time points
SHEIN US's shipping page: "The free On-Time Delivery Service entitles you to receive 500 SHEIN points if your order doesn't arrive by the estimated date." The service's terms say the points arrive within 2 business days of the missed date and expire after 30 days, that you must tick the On-Time Delivery box at checkout, that "100 points = 1 USD", and that points can cover up to 50% of an order. Delays caused by "users failing to pay related taxes or duties on time" are excluded.
