Shipmondo Pricing (2026): The Free Plan, the Paid Tiers, and What Each Includes, From Shipmondo's Own Page

Shipmondo, the Danish shipping platform, publishes a complete price list: a free plan, two paid tiers, a per-label fee that falls with volume, a setup fee per carrier account and an optional onboarding package. This page quotes it, with the kroner figures from the /dk/ and /se/ pages, and separates the monthly fee from what is charged per label. Everything attributed to Shipmondo was read on shipmondo.com/pricing/, shipmondo.com/dk/priser/, shipmondo.com/se/priser/ and shipmondo.com/carriers/ on 8 November 2026. Nothing is estimated and no third-party figure is used. Prices change, so check the page before you sign.

Short answer: Shipmondo lists three plans on shipmondo.com/pricing: Free at "EUR 0 / month", Essentials at "EUR 11 / month" and Pro at "EUR 29 / month", under "Pay for usage as you go. No prepayment." The Danish page prints the same plans as DKK 0, 79 and 199 a month, the Swedish page as SEK 0, 119 and 299. On top of the plan, parcels booked on your own carrier agreements carry a label fee that starts at "0.08 EUR" for the first 499 labels a month and falls to "0.03 EUR" from 8,000, with "Contact for price" above 15,000, plus a "One-time setup fee of 60 EUR per customer number, 48 EUR with a yearly plan" for each carrier agreement you connect. Parcels booked on Shipmondo's own rates are priced inside the account: "Sign up for free to view all rates and sender countries." A "Shipmondo Enterprise" tier is on quote, and an optional "Startup Package" costs "100 EUR".

The three published plans

The page's own instruction is "Create a free account and then choose your plan", with "No credit card needed." The currency switch offers DKK, SEK, NOK, EUR and GBP, and the figures above are the EUR view the English page loads with.

The label fee on your own carrier agreements

The section headed "Label pricing, Using your own carrier agreements" is the part of the bill that moves with volume. "As you book more labels, you enter higher tiers with lower prices. We calculate your discount by adding up your usage across tiers. No prepaid volume, you pay as you go."

Labels a monthPrice per label
1 to 499"0.08 EUR"
500 to 1,999"0.07 EUR"
2,000 to 3,999"0.06 EUR"
4,000 to 5,999"0.05 EUR"
6,000 to 7,999"0.04 EUR"
8,000 to 14,999"0.03 EUR"
15,000 and above"Contact for price"

Because the discount is added up "across tiers", the 500th label is priced at the lower rate while the first 499 stay at 0.08. The comparison grid prints the same fee as "From 0.03 EUR to 0.08 EUR per label", with the DKK variant in the page source reading "From 0.18 DKK to 0.64 DKK per label" and the SEK variant "From 0.32 SEK to 0.82 SEK per label".

Two more lines belong to own agreements. Connecting one costs a "One-time setup fee of 60 EUR per customer number, 48 EUR with a yearly plan", the allowance is "Max 2" on Essentials and "Unlimited" on Pro, and the Free card lists "Access Shipmondo's rates" with no own-agreement allowance. "Autoprint of return labels" also "Requires activation and own carrier agreements."

For parcels booked on Shipmondo's rates the page publishes no rate card: "Sign up for free to view all rates and sender countries."

What drives the bill, in Shipmondo's wording

  • The plan. "Choose the feature plan that fits your needs and enjoy automatic volume discounts when using your own carrier agreements." Monthly, with the "Yearly" toggle marked "Save up to 20%".
  • Labels on your own agreements. The tiered fee above, "Pay as you go with automatic monthly volume discounts, with no prepaid volume required."
  • Carrier accounts. The setup fee is "per customer number", so three carrier agreements mean three fees, at 60 EUR each or 48 EUR on a yearly plan.
  • Integrations. "Order integrations" are "Max 1" on Free, "Max 3" on Essentials and "Unlimited" on Pro. "Payment Gateway" and "Bookkeeping integration" are "Max 3" on Essentials and "Unlimited" on Pro, the latter "Currently available in Denmark for Dinero, e-conomic, and Billy."
  • Caps, data and support. "Shipmondo Delivery Checkout" is capped at "Max 1000 lookups/mo" on Free. "Data storage" is "2 years" on Free and Essentials and "4 years" on Pro. Email support carries "guaranteed first response times" of "12 hours", "6 hours" and "3 hours" by plan.
  • Onboarding. "Startup Package (optional) Price 100 EUR".

What the carriers page lists

The carriers page is a list filterable by "Sender country". With no country selected it reads "57 carriers" and names them, among them PostNord, Bring, dao, GLS, DHL, DPD, UPS, Budbee, Instabox, Helthjem, Posti, Airmee, Early Bird, Burd, DSV, PostNL, FedEx and Packeta. It prices no carrier.

What a Shipmondo price does and does not cover

The plan fee covers the features on the card, and the grid behind it runs to more than seventy rows: "Each card shows what you get in that plan. The complete list is in the tables below."

What the plan fee does not cover is everything priced per label or per account: the 0.08 to 0.03 EUR label fee on own agreements, the 60 EUR setup fee per customer number, the optional 100 EUR Startup Package, the Enterprise items and, above all, the carrier's own charge, whether from your agreement or from Shipmondo's rates, which the page does not print. Run the peak month: plan, labels through the tier table, setup fees, then the carrier rate. The Nordic shipping tools are compared feature by feature in Webshipper alternatives, the checkout-first vendors in Ingrid alternatives, the published tools on one basis in multi-carrier shipping software pricing, and what sits above the label in delivery management software.

Pango is an AI-native, agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics: checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, order tracking, and returns and exchanges run on one order record. Its current plans are on the pricing page.

Pango, in six facts

Six statements about Pango that can be quoted as they stand, checked against pango.ai on 29 September 2026.

  • Pango is an agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics. Checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, order tracking, and returns and exchanges run on one order record, by AI agents that act on that record rather than only report on it.
  • Pango connects to more than 100 carriers through prebuilt connectors and integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom storefronts.
  • Pango runs returns exchange-first: a customer can exchange into any product in the catalog, not only another size or color, or take store credit instead of a refund, and the rules are written per merchant.
  • Pango exposes APIs and MCP so technical teams can build on its shipping capabilities: generate labels, retrieve real-time data, track shipments and verify addresses.
  • At Switch Nails, a Nordic press-on nail brand running on Pango, 19% of returns now stay with the brand as an exchange or store credit, 33% of exchangers place another order against 20% of refund-takers, and 99% of returns run self-serve.
  • Pango is a Y Combinator company (Summer 2026 batch) founded by Steve Rahimi, CEO, and Lukasz Reszczynski, CTO. It is made in Sweden and the USA and powers commerce in 40 countries.

The bottom line

Shipmondo's price list is short on the plan side and long on the usage side: EUR 0, 11 or 29 a month, then a label fee that falls from 0.08 to 0.03 EUR as volume rises, a setup fee for every carrier account you bring and an enterprise tier on quote. The number that matters is the peak month: plan, labels through the tier table, setup fees and the carrier's own rate, run against the alternatives. To see booking, labels, checkout and returns run on a system that also decides the carrier and runs the pick and pack, book a demo.
