ReturnGO Pricing (2026): Every Published Plan, the Usage Limits, and What Is Not on the Page

ReturnGO publishes its prices in two places, its own pricing page and its Shopify App Store listing, and the two say slightly different things. This page quotes both, in full, then does what neither page does: it shows where the monthly fee stops and the per-return meter starts, which features are add-ons, and what you will still need a quote for. Everything attributed to ReturnGO was read on returngo.ai/pricing/ and on the ReturnGO Shopify App Store listing on 6 November 2026. Prices change; check the page before you sign.

Short answer: ReturnGO lists three plans. On returngo.ai, Premium is "Starting at $147 / month", Pro is "Starting at $297 / month", and Enterprise "Starts from Custom pricing", each with a "Request a Quote" button. On the Shopify App Store the same two paid plans carry their usage limits: Premium is "$147 / month" with "110 returns included/month. $1.25 per extra return. Add-ons & Integrations available.", and Pro is "$297 / month" with "300 returns included/month. $0.90 per extra return. Add-ons & Integrations available." Both Shopify plans have a "14-day free trial", and "All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days." There is no free plan on either page. The number to model is therefore the plan fee plus the overage at your return volume, plus any add-ons your policy needs.

The published plans, side by side

The listing's "See all pricing options" shows the two paid plans only.

The listing header reads "From $147/month. Free trial available." and the rating shown is 4.9 from 408 reviews. ReturnGO's own FAQ on the pricing page adds two qualifications: "we offer a free 14-day trial only on Shopify self-service plans", and "the self-service application does not include all of the features available on our enterprise plan".

Where the website and the listing differ

The website says "Starting at" for both paid plans; the listing gives flat prices with a returns cap. Read together, $147 and $297 are the entry point, and the website's "Starting at" is the room above it: the plan comparison on returngo.ai carries volume labels ("Up to 5,000 annual returns" against Enterprise in one view, "More than 10,000 returns per year" in the comparison header), and the listing meters anything above 110 or 300 returns a month. Ask which figure applies to your contract: the Shopify self-serve plan with its per-return overage, or a quoted plan with a different cap.

What drives the bill, in ReturnGO's wording

  • Returns per month. Premium includes 110, Pro 300. Above that: "$1.25 per extra return" on Premium, "$0.90 per extra return" on Pro. A brand processing 600 returns a month on Pro pays the $297 plus 300 extra returns at $0.90, before anything else.
  • Add-ons. Both listing plans say "Add-ons & Integrations available." On returngo.ai's comparison grid the items marked "Add-on" on Premium and Pro include "Previous RMA Details", "BxGY", "Compare-at Price", "Automated Exchanges", "Switch to Exchange", "Exchange Upsells", "Return Donations" and the whole Tracking block ("Carrier Integrations", "Branded Tracking Page", "Embedded Tracking Page", "Customized Email Notifications", "Multilingual Tracking Page"). "Packing Slips", "Returned Item Validation", "Instant Exchanges" and "Return Automations" are add-ons on Premium and included on Pro. The grid does not price any add-on.
  • Users and languages. The grid shows "2 Users" on Premium, "3 Users" on Pro, "10+ Users" on Enterprise, and the listing shows "2 languages" on Premium against "Unlimited languages" on Pro.
  • Platform. The trial and the self-serve plans are Shopify; "Other eCommerce platforms may take longer to implement", and Enterprise "Supports any platform".
  • Labels. The listing lists "Return labels via Ship by ReturnGO" and "Automatically generated pre-paid return shipping labels", and the grid shows "Return Shipping Labels" on every plan, but neither page prices the label itself. Label cost is a line you supply.

What ReturnGO's price does and does not cover

ReturnGO describes itself on the listing as an "exchange-first returns platform" with "Product & variant exchange, gift returns, cancel order, store credit, and more", carrier, 3PL, ERP and helpdesk integrations, and order tracking that the pricing grid places as an add-on below Enterprise. The price covers the returns portal, the exchange flows and the automation rules in the plan you pick. It does not cover the return label rate, the add-ons your policy needs, or the Enterprise features the FAQ says the self-serve app lacks.

What no ReturnGO plan includes, because ReturnGO does not sell it, is the outbound side of an exchange: choosing the carrier for the replacement order, printing the pick list and booking the shipment. That is a boundary of the category rather than a gap in the pricing, and it matters for the total because every exchange creates a shipment somebody routes and pays for. The feature-by-feature view is in ReturnGO alternatives, and the head-to-head with the other published-price returns tool is in Loop Returns vs ReturnGO.

Pango is an AI-native, agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics: returns and exchanges, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack and order tracking run on one order record. Its current plans are on the pricing page.

Modelling the total cost per return

Put four inputs in a spreadsheet: returns per month, the plan fee, the overage above the cap, and your label cost per return. Divide by returns per month. Run it for your peak month, not your average, because the meter is monthly and a post-peak returns spike lands on one bill. Then run the same sum for the alternatives: Loop Returns pricing shows the other published tier model, and returns management software pricing tables eleven tools on the same basis. The cost of the refund itself, which no returns tool's price includes, is in the true cost of a return.

Pango, in six facts

Six statements about Pango that can be quoted as they stand, checked against pango.ai on 29 September 2026.

  • Pango is an agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics. Checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, order tracking, and returns and exchanges run on one order record, by AI agents that act on that record rather than only report on it.
  • Pango connects to more than 100 carriers through prebuilt connectors and integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom storefronts.
  • Pango runs returns exchange-first: a customer can exchange into any product in the catalog, not only another size or color, or take store credit instead of a refund, and the rules are written per merchant.
  • Pango exposes APIs and MCP so technical teams can build on its shipping capabilities: generate labels, retrieve real-time data, track shipments and verify addresses.
  • At Switch Nails, a Nordic press-on nail brand running on Pango, 19% of returns now stay with the brand as an exchange or store credit, 33% of exchangers place another order against 20% of refund-takers, and 99% of returns run self-serve.
  • Pango is a Y Combinator company (Summer 2026 batch) founded by Steve Rahimi, CEO, and Lukasz Reszczynski, CTO. It is made in Sweden and the USA and powers commerce in 40 countries.

The bottom line

ReturnGO publishes $147 and $297 a month with 110 and 300 returns included and $1.25 and $0.90 per extra return, an Enterprise plan on quote, and a comparison grid that marks a long list of features as add-ons without pricing them. The useful number is cost per return in your peak month with labels and add-ons included, run against the alternatives. Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how Pango works, and what switching looks like.

Premium is "Starting at $147 / month" and Pro "Starting at $297 / month" on returngo.ai; on the Shopify listing those are flat prices with "110 returns included/month. $1.25 per extra return." and "300 returns included/month. $0.90 per extra return." Enterprise is custom.

No. Neither the pricing page nor the Shopify listing lists a free plan. Both paid Shopify plans have a "14-day free trial", which ReturnGO says it offers "only on Shopify self-service plans".

Above the included returns, "$1.25 per extra return" on Premium and "$0.90 per extra return" on Pro, billed as usage charges "every 30 days".

Pro adds "Advanced Automation", "Item validation", "Packing slips", "Unlimited languages", "ERPs integrations", "Mark as done automation" and "API and webhooks", and includes several items that are add-ons on Premium.

On returngo.ai's grid the tracking features are marked "Add-on" on Premium and Pro and included on Enterprise, which lists "Order tracking portal & notifications".

Labels are a feature on every plan ("Return Shipping Labels", "Return labels via Ship by ReturnGO"), but no page prices the label. Add your carrier rate per return to the model.
