The carriers Oh Polly names
Oh Polly's delivery page names EVRi for its two parcel shop options and no carrier for UK home delivery. Its help centre names two: the next-day article lists EVRi against both cut-offs, and the delivery-time article says "DPD: Delivers up until 6:00 PM. Next-Day Delivery (other couriers): Delivers up until 8:00 PM." The Click and Collect article adds InPost: "You can choose from a Parcel Shop or InPost Locker." For international mail, Oh Polly says it hands parcels to a company that takes them through customs and then to a local courier "e.g. USPS". Your dispatch email names the courier for your parcel. Ireland and the rest of the world
From its UK warehouse, Oh Polly lists for the Republic of Ireland "AN Post Standard" in "2-4 Working Days" at "From €10 / free over €175", "An Post Premium" in "2-3 Working Days" at "From €13", and "DHL Express" in "1-2 Working Days" at "From €22". For the rest of the world, the page lists "Standard FedEx" in "5-6 Working Days" at "From £12.00" and "DHL Express" in "1-2 Working Days" at "From £22.00". The US is served by a separate site: "We are only able to deliver to US addresses on our US website". A note on the delivery page: "All taxes and duties are included in the sale price. You will not owe any extra fees to the courier when your package arrives."
How tracking works
Oh Polly's help centre: once the order is dispatched "you'll receive an email notifying you of this (within 24 hours) with a 'VIEW AND TRACK YOUR ORDER' button included", and "it can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after purchase". If tracking has not moved, Oh Polly asks you to get in touch after "5+ days". For a parcel marked delivered that you do not have, Oh Polly says "Wait 24 hours: Couriers sometimes scan parcels as delivered slightly early", then contact it, and "We can launch a formal investigation with the carrier within 28 days of your delivery confirmation email." Delivery fees are "non-refundable", with one exception: "You may be eligible for a delivery fee refund if you paid for Express shipping and the carrier failed to meet the promised timeframe."
Returns: window, cost and timing
Oh Polly's returns page: "Orders must be returned back to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange, from the date your order is delivered, extended to 28 days for store credit."
