Scotland and Northern Ireland take longer by Gymshark's own tables: Scotland Standard 3 to 5 days and Express 1 to 2 days; Northern Ireland Standard 4 to 5 working days and Express 3 to 4 working days. Gymshark adds: "All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order".

International delivery
Gymshark's help centre lists, for the US, Standard at $5 in 3 to 6 working days (free over $75) and Express at $15 in 3 working days, with carriers named as "UPS Standard, UPS Express, UPS SurePost (transferred to USPS or Pitney Bowes for Final Mile), OnTrac, AxelHire, or DHL". In Europe, examples from the same article: Germany and Austria €4.40, free over €55; Ireland €5, free over €50; and many other EU countries €9.50 standard and €19.50 express. How tracking works
Gymshark sends a dispatch email ("Your Gymshark Order is on its way") with the tracking link, also shown in the app. "Allow 24–48 hours for your first tracking update". Gymshark is "unable to provide an exact dispatch time". If tracking has not moved "after 5 working days", contact Gymshark's Customer Support; for a parcel marked delivered that you have not received, contact them "within 7 days of the delivery date". Returns: window, cost and timing
Gymshark: "you have 30 days from delivery to start your return." "We offer free returns to the following countries: United Kingdom (mainland)", among others, through Gymshark's returns portal with a printed label or a QR code. For the UK, Gymshark allows "Up to 11 working days" for the return to travel and be processed, then "up to 7 working days for the refund to clear with your bank". A Christmas extension covers purchases from 1 November 2026 to 1 January 2027, returnable until 31 January 2027. Gymshark does not name the UK returns carrier.

Gymshark's pages show the cost of a promise stated in two places: a 9pm cut-off in the help centre and 7pm on the home page. A brand's checkout promise has to come from one source and be repeated in the same words everywhere. Pango controls the shipping methods, prices and ETAs shown at checkout, normalises the statuses of every connected carrier on a branded tracking page on the brand's own domain, and runs returns and exchanges on the same order record.
