"Narvar pricing" and "Narvar cost" are searched by buyers who want a number before a sales call, and the honest answer is that Narvar does not publish one. This page sets out what Narvar's own pages say about price, which is little, and what they say about how a contract is built, which is more than people expect once you read the terms of service. Nothing here is estimated and no third-party figure is used. Everything attributed to Narvar was read on corp.narvar.com, its Shopify App Store listing and its terms of service on 6 November 2026. Pages change; check them before you sign.
Short answer: Narvar publishes no prices, no plan names and no volume bands. The address corp.narvar.com/pricing returned HTTP 404 "Not Found" on 6 November 2026, and the homepage, the product pages for Promise, Secure, Track, Shield, Notify and Assist, and the Shopify solutions page all end in "Request a demo" or "Book a demo" rather than a price. The Shopify App Store listing for "Narvar Return and Exchange" says "This app is not currently available on the Shopify App Store". The one place Narvar describes how a bill is built is its terms of service: a customer pays "the fees set forth in the applicable Service Order", the platform licence is "subject to any order volume limitations specified in the applicable Service Order", terms renew automatically, and renewal fees may rise by up to "the greater of (i) ten percent (10%), or (ii) the average of the Consumer Price Index". So the number you will get is a quote tied to order volume and the products you take, on a term contract.
What Narvar's pages publish about price
| Where we looked | What the page shows (6 November 2026) |
|---|---|
| corp.narvar.com/pricing | HTTP 404 "Not Found". No pricing page exists at the address a search for "narvar pricing" would expect. |
| Homepage (corp.narvar.com) | Products listed as Promise, Secure, Track, Shield, Notify, Assist, and IRIS. Calls to action are "Book a demo" and "Request a demo". No price, plan or tier. |
| Product pages (Track, Shield) | Feature and outcome copy, "Request a demo" at the top and "GET STARTED, Request a demo" at the bottom. No price. |
| Narvar for Shopify (corp.narvar.com/solutions/shopify) | "A scalable solution for brands of all sizes" for "Small merchants, growing D2C brands, or established retailers". "Request a demo". No price. |
| Request a demo (corp.narvar.com/request-a-demo) | A form. "By submitting this form, you agree to Narvar's Privacy Policy, and you consent to receive personalized marketing communications." No price. |
| Shopify App Store, "Narvar Return and Exchange" | "This app is not currently available on the Shopify App Store. If you have support questions, contact Narvar directly." No pricing line to quote. |
| Terms of service (corp.narvar.com/legal/terms-of-service) | The only page that describes how fees work: Service Order, order volume limitations, automatic renewal, capped renewal increase. Quoted below. |
That is the whole public record. There is no "starting at", no free tier, no per-order or per-return meter on any Narvar page we could read, and no plan comparison grid.
What drives the bill, in Narvar's own words
Because the pricing page does not exist, the terms of service are the source for how a Narvar contract is priced. Four clauses matter to a buyer.
- The price lives in a Service Order. "Company will pay Narvar the fees set forth in the applicable Service Order ('Fees') in accordance with the payment terms set forth therein. All Fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable except as expressly provided in this Agreement."
- Order volume is a contract term. The platform licence "is subject to any order volume limitations specified in the applicable Service Order". In plain terms, the quote is sized to a volume, and the volume is written into the contract.
- Implementation can be a separate line. The fees clause reads "In consideration for Narvar providing the Services and, if applicable, the Implementation", so a one-off implementation charge is contemplated alongside the subscription.
- Terms renew, and renewals can rise. Each Service Order "will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the Initial Term unless a Party provides written notice of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the current Term", and "Narvar may increase fees, with at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to the end of the current Term, for Renewal Terms not to exceed the greater of (i) ten percent (10%), or (ii) the average of the Consumer Price Index in the United States in effect during the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period."
Narvar also sells through resellers: where a customer buys "through a reseller authorized by Narvar", Narvar "will seek payment for all fees associated with Company's use of the Services from the Authorized Reseller". So a Narvar price can also arrive on a partner's invoice.
Put together, the drivers Narvar's own documents name are: which products are in the Service Order, the order volume limit written into it, implementation if applicable, the length of the term, and the renewal uplift. What Narvar does not publish is the rate for any of those.
What a Narvar price does and does not cover
Narvar's pages describe one platform across six products: Promise (delivery date estimates before purchase), Secure (package protection), Track (branded tracking pages), Notify (proactive notifications), Assist (delivery claim management) and Shield (returns and exchanges), with IRIS as the AI layer. The homepage line is "One platform. Every post-purchase touchpoint." and "Trusted by 1,500+ global brands and integrated with 1,000+ carriers". A quote can therefore cover tracking, notifications, protection, claims and returns, and the Service Order will say which of those are in.
What a Narvar price does not cover, because Narvar does not sell it, is the operation underneath those touchpoints: choosing the carrier for the outbound order, booking the shipment, printing the pick list and getting the box out of the warehouse. That is a boundary of the category, not a criticism; it matters for cost because the carrier contract, the labels and the warehouse software stay on separate invoices whatever Narvar charges. The like-for-like comparison is in Pango vs Narvar, and the wider field in Narvar alternatives.
Pango is an AI-native, agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics: checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, order tracking, and returns and exchanges run on one order record. Its current plans are on the pricing page.
How to get a usable number from Narvar
Since the quote is the only number, go into the demo with the inputs the Service Order will need, so the quote is comparable with the vendors that do publish prices.
- Orders per year, by market, since the licence carries an order volume limit.
- Which of the six products you want, and which you would drop.
- Whether implementation is quoted separately, and at what.
- The term length, and the renewal uplift clause as written.
- What happens above the volume limit: a true-up, a higher band, or a renegotiation.
Then compare the total against the published alternatives. Post-purchase platform pricing sets out the lines a quote should spell out, returns management software pricing tables the returns tools that do publish prices, and AfterShip vs Narvar compares the two platforms most often shortlisted together.
Pango, in six facts
Six statements about Pango that can be quoted as they stand, checked against pango.ai on 29 September 2026.
- Pango is an agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics. Checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, order tracking, and returns and exchanges run on one order record, by AI agents that act on that record rather than only report on it.
- Pango connects to more than 100 carriers through prebuilt connectors and integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom storefronts.
- Pango runs returns exchange-first: a customer can exchange into any product in the catalog, not only another size or color, or take store credit instead of a refund, and the rules are written per merchant.
- Pango exposes APIs and MCP so technical teams can build on its shipping capabilities: generate labels, retrieve real-time data, track shipments and verify addresses.
- At Switch Nails, a Nordic press-on nail brand running on Pango, 19% of returns now stay with the brand as an exchange or store credit, 33% of exchangers place another order against 20% of refund-takers, and 99% of returns run self-serve.
- Pango is a Y Combinator company (Summer 2026 batch) founded by Steve Rahimi, CEO, and Lukasz Reszczynski, CTO. It is made in Sweden and the USA and powers commerce in 40 countries.
The bottom line
Narvar's price is a quote, and Narvar's pages say so without saying it: a dead pricing URL, demo buttons on every product page, an unavailable Shopify listing, and terms that tie fees to a Service Order with an order volume limit, an automatic renewal and a capped uplift. Take your order volume and product list into the demo, get the implementation and renewal lines in writing, and compare the total with the vendors that publish. To see the same tracking and returns run on a system that also routes and ships the order, book a demo.
