Temu's late-delivery credit is set per market, in its FAQ: "$5 credit (standard shipping)" in the US, "£4 credit (standard or Click&Collect ) or a £9 credit (express shipping)" in the UK, "20 ZAR credit (standard shipping)" in South Africa. The credit comes "within 48 hours" of the latest delivery date given to you, and Temu's policy lists exclusions such as an incorrect address, late payment of taxes, or a parcel waiting for pickup. Temu's US Purchase Protection covers items that "couldn't be delivered, arrived late, or was lost in transit". Temu's US FAQ quotes only the standard-shipping credit; it no longer states an express credit amount for the US.
