Anyone searching "parcelpanel pricing" today lands on a page that no longer says ParcelPanel. On 6 November 2026, parcelpanel.com/pricing/ redirected to www.cwill.com/pricing/, titled "Pricing & Plans - CWILL", and the Shopify App Store listing at the old ParcelPanel address is now "CWILL Order Tracking", "Formerly ParcelPanel & ParcelWILL". The product is still priced per order tracked, and the prices are published in three places: the CWILL pricing page, the CWILL help centre and the Shopify listing. This page quotes all three as they stood on 6 November 2026 and shows where the extra charges sit. Prices change; check the page before you sign.
Short answer: The order tracking app, now "CWILL Order Tracking", publishes four plans on the Shopify App Store: Free ("20 orders/month"), Essential "$11 / month" ("200 orders/month"), Professional "$59 / month" ("2,000 orders/month") and Enterprise "$479 / month" ("25,000 orders/month"), with "$0.05 per additional quota" and a "7-day free trial" on each paid tier. The help centre publishes the full ladder behind those names, from 20 orders at $0 to 50,000 orders at $851 a month, with "1 order = 1 quota". The CWILL pricing page sells bundles of several CWILL products by monthly orders and prints Order Tracking at $35, $59 and $215 a month inside its Starter, Professional and Enterprise bundles, with the bundle total left blank behind a "Contact us" button. Returns and the other CWILL apps are priced separately.
The published plans, from the Shopify listing
The listing's header reads "Formerly ParcelPanel & ParcelWILL". The plan cards, verbatim:

The full quota ladder, from the help centre
The help centre article "CWILL Tracking plans", last updated "07-24 2026", prints the whole ladder, "tailored to your order volume and feature needs, with unlimited order lookups". Monthly quota and price, and the annual equivalent "Save 20%":
| Plan name | Monthly quota and price | Annual quota and price |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 20 at $0 | 240 at $0 |
| Essential | 200 at $11; 500 at $23; 1,000 at $35 | 2,400 at $108; 6,000 at $216; 12,000 at $336 |
| Professional | 2,000 at $59; 5,000 at $119; 10,000 at $215; 15,000 at $311; 20,000 at $395 | 24,000 at $564; 60,000 at $1,140; 120,000 at $2,064; 180,000 at $2,988; 240,000 at $3,828 |
| Enterprise | 25,000 at $479; 30,000 at $551; 40,000 at $707; 50,000 at $851 | 300,000 at $4,548; 360,000 at $5,268; 480,000 at $6,828; 600,000 at $8,148 |
The additional quota column reads "0.05" for every monthly paid plan and "Not applicable" for Free and for every annual plan. Above 50,000 orders a month the article says "Feel free to contact us if you need a higher plan".
What drives the bill, in CWILL's wording
- Orders synced, not lookups. "1 order = 1 quota. CWILL Tracking syncs & tracks 1 order for you, it consumes 1 quota."; "Order lookups do not consume quota, which means your customers have unlimited lookups."; "If an order contains multiple shipments, it still only consumes one quota." So the meter is orders, not page views.
- The overage. "$0.05 per additional quota" on the monthly paid plans. The help centre adds a control: "Usage charges do not apply to the Free plan or any of the annual plans." and "You can change the spending limit for usage charges after selecting a paid monthly plan." The spending-limit article adds that Shopify "does not allow a spending limit of $0", so to block overage "you can input 0.01 as the new spending limit", after which new orders "won't be synced and tracked" once the quota is used.
- Annual plans. Paid annually, the quota is pooled for the year and there is no usage charge, so a seasonal brand trades the overage for a yearly cap.
- Plan changes. Upgrades "take effect immediately" and are prorated; "Downgrading your plan will take effect after your current plan ends."
- The trial. "All paid plans share the same free trial period. During the period, there are no charges and no quota consumption."
The CWILL pricing page: bundles, and a blank total
The page that parcelpanel.com/pricing/ now opens says every CWILL capability "has free and paid tiers, so you only pay for what you need" and "Find the right bundle based on your monthly orders." Each of its three bundles printed a blank "STARTING AT $ / month" line on 6 November 2026, in a plain fetch and in a headless browser, behind a "Contact us" button. The per-product lines inside the bundles are printed:
| Bundle | Orders included | Order Tracking | Returns & Exchanges | Loyalty & Referrals | Product Reviews | SEO & Speed | Pop-Up & Email, AI Chat |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | "1,000 orders included" | "$35" | "$99" | "$99" | "$49" | "$59" | "$0", "$0" |
| Professional | "2,000 orders included" | "$59" | "$199" | "$169" | "$69" | "$59" | "$0", "$0" |
| Enterprise | "10,000 orders included" | "$215" | "$699" | "$999" | "$199" | "$59" | "$0", "$0" |
Its FAQ answers "How can I get bundle pricing?" with "Book a demo", so the total is quote-based even though the parts are printed. Note the Order Tracking figures match the help centre ladder ($35 for 1,000 orders, $59 for 2,000, $215 for 10,000).
What costs extra
Three things sit outside the tracking plan price. First, orders above the quota, at $0.05 each on monthly plans. Second, the other CWILL apps: returns is a separate app, "CWILL Returns & Exchanges", whose Shopify listing shows Free ("6 returns per month"), Essential "$29 / month" ("50 returns per month, $0.45 per extra return"), Professional "$99 / month" ("200 returns per month, $0.45 per extra return") and Enterprise "$299 / month" ("500 returns per month, $0.45 per extra return"). Third, the carrier: the app reads scans, it does not buy the label, so shipping stays on your carrier contracts.
What the price does and does not cover
The tracking plans cover a branded tracking page, notifications, EDD, upsells and analytics on top of the shipment data your carriers already produce; what a branded page is and is not is in what is a branded tracking page. They do not cover choosing the carrier, booking the shipment or the warehouse handover, because the app sits on top of those; the order count that drives this bill is the one your routing and pick and pack already handle elsewhere. The app against other Shopify tracking apps is in best order tracking apps for Shopify, and the alternatives in ParcelPanel alternatives.
Pango is an AI-native, agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics: order tracking, checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, and returns run on one order record. Its current plans are on the pricing page.
Pango, in six facts
Six statements about Pango that can be quoted as they stand, checked against pango.ai on 29 September 2026.
- Pango is an agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics. Checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, order tracking, and returns and exchanges run on one order record, by AI agents that act on that record rather than only report on it.
- Pango connects to more than 100 carriers through prebuilt connectors and integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom storefronts.
- Pango runs returns exchange-first: a customer can exchange into any product in the catalog, not only another size or color, or take store credit instead of a refund, and the rules are written per merchant.
- Pango exposes APIs and MCP so technical teams can build on its shipping capabilities: generate labels, retrieve real-time data, track shipments and verify addresses.
- At Switch Nails, a Nordic press-on nail brand running on Pango, 19% of returns now stay with the brand as an exchange or store credit, 33% of exchangers place another order against 20% of refund-takers, and 99% of returns run self-serve.
- Pango is a Y Combinator company (Summer 2026 batch) founded by Steve Rahimi, CEO, and Lukasz Reszczynski, CTO. It is made in Sweden and the USA and powers commerce in 40 countries.
The bottom line
ParcelPanel's prices are still published, now under the CWILL name: $0, $11, $59 and $479 a month for 20, 200, 2,000 and 25,000 orders, a ladder up to 50,000 orders at $851, $0.05 per extra order on monthly plans, and a bundle page that prints the parts but leaves the total to a demo. The meter is orders synced, so model your peak month, choose between monthly overage and an annual cap, and add the returns app and carrier costs separately. To see tracking run on a system that also routes and ships the order, book a demo.
