Of all the tools in this category, Outvio's pitch sounds most like ours. "Order fulfillment. Returns. Support. One powerful platform", built in Tallinn, claiming 1,000+ brands and the ability to "replace up to six different tools". It has picking lists, shipping rules, branded tracking, a returns portal, and even a help desk with no per-agent fees. On paper, the scope is real.
So an honest "Outvio alternative" page cannot pretend it is a point tool. The differences that matter show up under load: how deep the warehouse capability goes, whether the AI can actually run parts of the operation, and what the platform costs, which Outvio no longer publishes. Pango is the alternative on those three counts.
What Outvio genuinely covers
Conceded from their own pages:
- Pick and pack workflows. Digital picking lists with barcodes, scan-verify packing ("Scan each product as you pack. Our fulfillment system instantly verifies it"), order merging, production lists, and staff-efficiency monitoring.
- Shipping with real routing rules. "Connect with over 100 carriers worldwide", bulk labels, customs documents, invoice checking, and "the most powerful shipping rules on the market" selecting carriers "based on criteria that matter the most: geography, costs, logistics, delivery time".
- Tracking and notifications. Branded tracking on your own domain, delay detection with an issue manager, and 90+ notification triggers across email, WhatsApp and SMS.
- Returns and exchanges. A portal in 30+ languages, returns rules including photo requests and keep-the-item options, international variant exchanges, and AI fraud detection on refunds.
- Outvio Desk. An ecommerce help desk with "no per agent, no per ticket, no per automation fees, ever".
That is a wide product, and for stores in Outvio's Spanish and EU carrier heartland it deserves its shortlist spot.
The three differences that show up under load
1. Warehouse depth. Outvio's fulfillment is order-level: pick lists, scan-verify, merge, split. Its own feature pages show no receiving, no putaway, no bin locations, no cycle counts, no inventory management. That is workflow tooling on top of a warehouse someone else runs. Pango's pick and pack is part of the operational record itself, built for the warehouse that actually dispatches the orders.
2. The AI gap between marketing and product. Outvio applies AI to refund-fraud detection, order matching in the help desk, and carrier rate comparison. Its conversational AI is, in its own words on its own page, "Coming soon!". Pango's assistant ships today and acts: ask what is stalling in transit, then tell it to build the workflow or the return rule, in the same conversation, with agents handling routine routing and exceptions.
3. Pricing you can see. Outvio's Post-Checkout plan price is "contact us". The published anchors are Enterprise "starting from €100.000 per year" and 3PL "starting from €20.000 per year", and its archived pricing pages show the older model charged a fee per processed order on top of the subscription. None of that makes Outvio expensive by definition, but you cannot budget what you cannot see. Pango scopes pricing to your operation and shows it to you before you commit.

Picking between two platforms
If the shortlist is Outvio versus Pango, run the test that exposes depth: take one real order through a delay, an exchange, and a warehouse exception, and watch where each platform hands the problem back to a human. Ask both vendors for the full price at your volume, in writing. And ask what the AI can do this quarter, not on the roadmap. See it on your own orders
Outvio is the closest comparison in this category, which is exactly why the test should be practical, not rhetorical. Bring one day of real orders and run both. Explore the post-purchase operations platform and book a demo. We will run your tracking, routing, returns and warehouse flow live.
