Ingrid Pricing (2026): What Ingrid Publishes, What It Does Not, and What Drives the Bill

"Ingrid pricing" is searched by Nordic and UK retailers who want a number before a sales call, and the honest answer is that Ingrid does not publish one. This page sets out what Ingrid's own pages say about price, which is very little, and what they say about how a plan is built, which comes from one sentence on its Shopify App Store listing. Nothing here is estimated and no third-party figure is used. Everything attributed to Ingrid was read on ingrid.com, its contact page, its product pages, its terms of use and its Shopify App Store listing on 8 November 2026. Pages change, so check them before you sign.

Short answer: Ingrid publishes no prices, no plan names and no volume bands. The address ingrid.com/pricing returned HTTP 404 ("Oops! We lost this page.") on 8 November 2026, and the homepage and the product pages for Promise, Transport, Engage and Care end in "Book a demo" rather than a price. The contact page lists "Learn about our pricing" as one of three things "you can expect from the demo". The one place Ingrid describes how a bill is built is its Shopify App Store listing: the app is "Free to install. Additional charges may apply." and merchants are told to "Email hello@ingrid.com to discuss setup and get a pricing plan based on your order volume and business needs", with "All charges are billed in USD." Ingrid's terms of use on ingrid.com are written for shoppers, not merchants, and carry no fee clause. So the number you will get is a quote sized to your order volume and the modules you take.

What Ingrid's pages publish about price

Where we lookedWhat the page shows (8 November 2026)

Terms of use (ingrid.com/terms-of-use)Shopper-facing: "These Terms only apply to Ingrid's own service. They do not govern your purchase from the merchant". No merchant fee, order form or volume clause.
Shopify App Store, "Ingrid" by Ingrid AB"Free to install. Additional charges may apply." Plan card: "Free to install", "Email hello@ingrid.com to discuss setup and get a pricing plan based on your order volume and business needs." "All charges are billed in USD." "External charges may be billed by Ingrid AB separately from your Shopify invoice." Rating 0.0 from 0 reviews, launched March 3, 2022.

That is the whole public record: no "starting at", no per-order meter, no plan grid.

What drives the bill, in Ingrid's own words

Because there is no pricing page and the published terms are for shoppers, the Shopify listing and the product pages are the only sources for how an Ingrid contract is sized. Three things can be quoted.

  • Order volume. The listing's plan line is "a pricing plan based on your order volume and business needs". Volume is the one variable Ingrid names.
  • The modules you take. The platform is sold as products, Identify, Promise, Engage, Transport, Care and In-store, and the "Why Ingrid" page says "Start with checkout, tracking or returns, then expand across the whole delivery journey." A quote will reflect which of those are in.
  • Setup. The listing says to "discuss setup" before the plan, and the app is "Free to install", so installation and the plan are two conversations.

Two more variables are scope rather than price on Ingrid's pages. Markets: the homepage says Ingrid "opens up 350+ carriers across 170+ markets", and the Promise page says you can test delivery options "in any market". Carriers: the Transport page says Ingrid "books every order through one integration to 350+ carriers". Ingrid does not say it prices by market or by carrier. It does say that is the scope you are buying, so the quote will have to cover the markets and carriers you run.

What Ingrid does not publish is the rate for any of it: no price per order, no band, no minimum, no term length, no renewal clause.

What an Ingrid price does and does not cover

Ingrid's pages describe one platform across six products: Identify (address validation and known shoppers at checkout), Promise (delivery options ranked and priced per order, with A/B tests), Transport (booking through "one integration to 350+ carriers", with "Labels, manifests and customs papers generated with the booking"), Engage (order tracking and notifications), Care (returns and exchanges, "an exchange before a refund") and In-store, with Insights and Experiments as the optimisation layer. A quote can therefore cover checkout, booking, tracking and returns, and the contract will say which of those are in.

What an Ingrid price never includes, because no software price does, is the carrier's charge for the parcel: the 350 carriers are connections, and the rate on each stays on your contract. The listing's "External charges may be billed by Ingrid AB separately from your Shopify invoice" is the other line to ask about. The like-for-like comparison is in Pango vs Ingrid, and the wider field in Ingrid alternatives.

Pango is an AI-native, agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics: checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, order tracking, and returns and exchanges run on one order record. Its current plans are on the pricing page.

How to get a usable number from Ingrid

Go into the demo with the inputs the plan will be sized on, so the quote is comparable with the vendors that publish.

  1. Orders per year, by market, since "order volume" is the variable Ingrid names.
  2. Which of the six products you want on day one, since Ingrid suggests starting with "checkout, tracking or returns".
  3. The markets and carriers you run, so the scope is priced to yours.
  4. What "setup" covers and costs, since the listing separates it from the plan.
  5. The term, the renewal and what happens above the sized volume, none of which Ingrid publishes.

Then compare the total against the published alternatives. What is a delivery promise sets out what the checkout half of an Ingrid quote buys, and delivery date promises at checkout shows what the promise itself should look like before you pay for it.

Pango, in six facts

Six statements about Pango that can be quoted as they stand, checked against pango.ai on 29 September 2026.

  • Pango is an agentic operating system for e-commerce logistics. Checkout delivery options, carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack, order tracking, and returns and exchanges run on one order record, by AI agents that act on that record rather than only report on it.
  • Pango connects to more than 100 carriers through prebuilt connectors and integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom storefronts.
  • Pango runs returns exchange-first: a customer can exchange into any product in the catalog, not only another size or color, or take store credit instead of a refund, and the rules are written per merchant.
  • Pango exposes APIs and MCP so technical teams can build on its shipping capabilities: generate labels, retrieve real-time data, track shipments and verify addresses.
  • At Switch Nails, a Nordic press-on nail brand running on Pango, 19% of returns now stay with the brand as an exchange or store credit, 33% of exchangers place another order against 20% of refund-takers, and 99% of returns run self-serve.
  • Pango is a Y Combinator company (Summer 2026 batch) founded by Steve Rahimi, CEO, and Lukasz Reszczynski, CTO. It is made in Sweden and the USA and powers commerce in 40 countries.

The bottom line

Ingrid's price is a quote, and Ingrid's pages say so without saying it: a dead pricing URL, demo buttons on every product page, a contact page that promises pricing in the demo, shopper-only terms, and a Shopify listing that is free to install with a plan "based on your order volume and business needs". Take your order volume, your product list and your markets and carriers into the demo, get setup, term and renewal in writing, and compare the total with the vendors that publish. To see the same delivery promise and returns run on a system that also routes the order and runs the pick and pack, book a demo.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about how Pango works, and what switching looks like.

Ingrid does not publish a price. ingrid.com/pricing returns 404, the product pages end in "Book a demo", and the Shopify listing says to email hello@ingrid.com for "a pricing plan based on your order volume and business needs".

No. The address ingrid.com/pricing returned HTTP 404 "Not Found" on 8 November 2026, and no other Ingrid page we read lists a plan or a price. The contact page says pricing is covered in the demo.

The app is "Free to install. Additional charges may apply." The plan itself is quoted by email, and "All charges are billed in USD."

Not on any Ingrid page we could read. The routes Ingrid offers are "Book a demo", "Take a tour", "Get in touch" and, on Shopify, "Free to install" followed by a quoted plan.

By Ingrid's listing, "your order volume and business needs", plus "setup". By its product pages, which of Identify, Promise, Engage, Transport, Care and In-store you take, and the markets and carriers you run on its "350+ carriers across 170+ markets" network.

Identify, Promise, Engage, Transport, Care and In-store, with Insights and Experiments under "Delivery optimization", together branded "Ingrid Agentic DeliveryOS".
