Reclaimit is the most serious returns platform in the Nordics, and it is fair to say so plainly. "Reclaimit is a Nordic SaaS provider specializing in post-purchase management", founded in 2001, running returns for Coop Norge, Salling Group, NetOnNet, Ideal of Sweden and Cervera, with 18 million returns processed by its own count. If your problem is reverse logistics, it is on the shortlist for good reason.
The question behind "Reclaimit alternative" is scope. Reclaimit calls itself "an all-in-one post-purchase experience platform", but its four modules all sit after something went back: returns and exchanges, supplier claims, warranty repair, and recommerce. The half of post-purchase that happens before the parcel arrives, the tracking page, the delay message, the carrier decision, is absent from its own product pages. Pango runs both halves on one record.
What Reclaimit genuinely does well
Conceded from their own pages, because these are real strengths:
- Exchange-first returns. "Reclaimit offers customers an exchange or alternative product as the first option in the return flow", with a claimed 30% more revenue retained through express exchanges and vouchers.
- Return-leg automation. The portal "applies your return policy automatically, generates shipping labels, routes the item to the right warehouse and triggers refunds or exchanges based on rules you define." Plus omnichannel returns, B2B returns, campaign-driven policies and cross-border flows with automatic pro-forma invoices.
- Supplier claims, which almost nobody else does. Their Reclaim module handles "automated supplier claims management" with "600+ connected suppliers" and "automated credit-note matching". If you are pushing defective stock back at vendors, this is a genuine gap in most platforms.
- A repair network. Reclaimit "integrates directly into over 200 workshops allowing retailers to repair almost everything" (their pricing page says 250+, so treat the exact figure loosely), including out-of-warranty repairs and an Apple activation-lock check that fires as soon as a case is registered.
- Recommerce. Trade-in registration, grading, compensation as store credit, and second-hand marketplace integrations, for brands actually building circular models.
- Nordic carrier and ERP depth. Seventeen carriers including PostNord, Budbee, Instabox, Bring, Posti and Matkahuolto, and an ERP bench (Business Central, Visma, Fortnox, IFS, SAP) that matches how Nordic retail is actually built. Data sits in "data centers within the EU/EEA operated by Cloudist AB".
Where the perimeter ends
None of the following appear anywhere on Reclaimit's own product pages or its pricing matrix:
- Outbound order tracking and delivery notifications. Every "real-time tracking" claim is scoped to a return, repair or claim case. There is no branded tracking page for the outbound parcel, no proactive delay message, no delivery-day communication.
- Outbound shipping and carrier routing. Their "smart routing" routes returned items to the right warehouse. Label generation is for the return leg. Which carrier takes your outbound order, by what rule, is decided somewhere else.
- Warehouse execution. Reclaimit integrates to warehouses rather than running one, with a WMS and 3PL partner list (Ongoing, Nowaste, DSV and others) doing that job.
- AI of its own. The automation is rule-based. The only AI language on the site describes partners, not Reclaimit. For a platform positioning on automation in 2026, that is a real architectural difference.

The pricing you can and cannot see
Reclaimit publishes a floor and nothing else: "Starting at 9900 SEK monthly, our pricing ensures you only pay for services aligning with your brand's needs." Roughly 880 to 900 euros a month at current rates, though that conversion is ours, not theirs. There are no plan tiers, no per-case fee, no free trial and no self-serve signup, and their own ROI calculator notes that "License fees and other potential costs are not included in the calculation." Every path is a demo booking. There is also no Shopify App Store listing, so the Shopify connection is a private integration rather than an app you install.
None of that makes it expensive. It does mean the four modules are priced by conversation, so ask which ones the floor actually includes before comparing anything.
Choosing between an aftermarket specialist and an operating layer
The honest framing is that these tools answer different questions.
If your pain is entirely behind the sale, defective stock you need to claim back from suppliers, a repair workflow across authorized workshops, a trade-in programme you want to launch, then Reclaimit is deeper than Pango on exactly those things and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
If your pain starts before the parcel arrives, the WISMO tickets from silent tracking, the carrier that keeps failing one region, the warehouse that needs to act on a delivery event, then a returns specialist leaves that half unbuilt. Pango runs branded tracking and proactive delay messaging, rule-based carrier routing, warehouse pick and pack and exchange-first returns on one order record, with an AI assistant you instruct rather than a rules engine you configure. Nordic roots are not a differentiator here, since both companies have them. The architecture is.

See it on your own orders
Reclaimit is the right answer to a returns-and-aftermarket question, and it is candid about being a post-purchase specialist. Pango is the answer when the delivery, the tracking, the warehouse and the return all need to be the same system. Explore the post-purchase operations platform and book a demo.
