Pango is building the world's first Agentic Operating System for e-commerce logistics. Our vision is to create the AI e-commerce employee of the future. We are forming our core team in Stockholm and are looking for exceptional, high-agency individuals to lead our commercial growth. We are based at the SSE Business Lab—the birthplace of Klarna, Voi, and Budbee—and having achieved product-market fit, we are now scaling rapidly.
You are a good fit if:
You are a "Founder in Sales Clothing": You don’t need a pre-written script or a lead list handed to you. You are excited to build the sales playbook from scratch, defining our ideal customer profile (ICP) and outreach strategy.
You are a Master of Complexity: E-commerce logistics is a web of integrations and stakeholders. You can take a complex technical product (an Agentic OS) and translate it into a "must-have" value proposition for COOs and E-commerce Directors.
You Thrive on High Ownership: In a large company, you’d have an SDR, a Sales Ops manager, and a Closer. Here, you will execute the full cycle—from cold outbound and discovery calls to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding.
You are Tech-Curious: You don't need to code, but you should be fascinated by how AI agents are transforming logistics. You can hold your own in a room with engineers and product managers to relay crucial customer feedback.
You Have a Proven Track Record: You have experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in E-commerce, Fintech, or Logistics). Experience with Shopify, Magento, or global shipping ecosystems is a massive plus.
You Play the Long Game: You aren't just looking for a commission check; you want to take a key role in shaping the company’s commercial DNA, with equity and career upside limited only by your own impact.
