Pango is a fast-growing SaaS company for e-commerce, backed, scaling, and moving fast. We've closed multi-million-crown contracts with some of Sweden's top brands and we are not slowing down.

As our Founder's Associate, you work directly with the founders. You don't have one job. You have every job that matters. You will own commercial operations: outbound, sales, customer contracts, invoicing, market research, and keeping the ship running when the founders are heads-down or on the road.

Your contributions are real and lasting. The previous Founder's Associate produced market research reports, ad copy, interview templates, LinkedIn content, and design assets, all work that directly shaped the company.

What this is not: A corporate job where you wait for Friday. You won't repeat the same task in a loop. You'll figure things out, take ownership, and carry the company forward, including leading operations solo when needed.

Who you are:

• You have a background in business, a degree or genuine hustle in the startup ecosystem

• You are logical, open, and give the right answer even when it's uncomfortable

• You have conviction. "I'm going to figure it out" is your default mode

• You are comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and zero hand-holding

• You want to learn more from one year at a startup than five years at a corporate

Based in Stockholm. Relocation expected.
